For a long time this was my least favorite record from a musical stand point, but looking back now almost 17+ years, it was the start of Dahlia Seed and I've learned to respect it...even like it. This was the first recording of the four core members of DS...Darin, Brian, Tracy and Chris ...

In the months that followed the 10" recording we had added our friend and guitarist John Procopio to DS. We recorded a few more songs up in chester with Brad and one of the songs, "Cry Chord", made it onto this 4-way split 7" and eventually 'Valentines'. Always liked this song.....a lot.
